The science and math seminar series are designed to focus on how to teach science and mathematics rather than the specific content of the subjects.    All too often, subject knowledge and pedagogy are taught separately and in a mutually exclusive manner.  Our focus in these seminars is to integrate the two areas.  We believe that the participants that come to our seminars are professionals who have a good understanding of their subjects.  When they leave our seminars, we want them to have mastery of how to teach those subjects as well.
 
Each of our seminars is designed as an intensive six day course with 39 hours of instruction time and is offered either in the summer or winter break.  To access the content of the seminars please click the link for math or science.
