UPDATES! 27 January, 2010  ILA team is planning to conduct another series of workshops on Problem Solving and Decision Making, Effective Team Building and Networking for almost 18 insitutes and Universities overall Afghanistan. Above mentioned workshops will be held for those participants who took part in the first ILA workshop on   Effective Leadership in a Changing Inviornment.

ILA stream conducted two days workshop on Effective Leadership in a Changing Environment for Kabul Education University, Kabul University, Kunduz, Baghlan, Nangarhar, Bamyan, Parwan, Ghazni and Kandahar  Universities on 27 – 28 September, 2009.

 
ILA stream is planning to hold another series of workshops for Mazar, Samangan, Faryab, and Jowzjan in two groups on Problem Solving and Decision Making also Effective Team Building topics from 10th – 15th October, 2009. This workshop will take place for those participants who are participated in first round of ILA workshop which was on Effective Leadership in a Changing Environment.

Course Objective:

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:


1.      Know the definition of a problem

2.      Know the role each person plays in a problem

3.      Stop the feeling, “All I do everyday is hear about more and more problems”

4.      Prioritize the problems

5.      Solve the problem
